Healing used to occur by releasing suppressed emotions such as anger, sadness and fear cartharically, which would often be a painful, exhausting process. With quantum healing, doors to core hurts (caused by emotional and physical traumatic events in our lives ) that affect our health and self-esteem are opened...and quickly, often painlessly, healed, integrated and released.

Because everything is made of energy and directed by our thoughts, so much change and transformation can occur through quantum healing. Quantum Healing releases on a cellular level, imbalances expressed as dis-ease, by working with the chemical and neurological pathways that create our beliefs and behaviorial patterns. This positively affects our brain, central nervous system, autonomic nervous system (responsible for healthy digestion, respiratory and organ systems) and our sensory nervous system so that we may go foward in life passionately and creatively. As we integrate all that we are as human and divine, that which causes dis-ease, illness and an unfulfilling lifestyle are transformed.

How we see and believe in ourself makes up our self-esteem and our ability to move forward with our goals and dreams. Low self-esteem is caused by beliefs such as I'm not enough, I'm inadequate, unlovable or unworthy that are held within our subconscious that cate our inner critic. These beliefs form limiting patterns and habits that direct our lives in less that satisfying ways. When we feel disconnected from our TRUE NATURE in our hearts, it affects our health and desire to succede in life.
