When we commit to living life from a loving heart and a healthy mind, our journeys lead us home to who we really are. Through trial and error, we evolve from an egotic life of external need fulfillment to a soulful presence that reflects our Oneness.

We at IBC believe that embracing our deepest pain opens the door to experiencing our greatest joy and most fulfilling purpose in life. Eventually, as we let go of believing who we think we are and welcome the unlimited and often magical resources within and throughout our universe; coming home to our true, creative Self, we find the power, know-how and willingness to co-create that which we dream.

To manifest our vision, our mission is to facilitate a holistic wellness program specifically designed to assist you in becoming your vibrantly healthy, passionately creative, abundantly loving, Whole Self. As a conscious human being, the choice to care for yourself, your children, your neighbor and your earth are a natural expression of your true Self. Becoming conscious leads you on a path of freedom that affords you to stand up for what you believe in, live the values you hold dear while becoming the person you dream of becoming; living the life you dream of living.
