Each tele-class utilizes the expertise of Dr. RaShel Katzler in applying cold lazer technology to the 'organ of the month' to release the emotion we may be holding.

In June our focus was the liver and releasing anger. In July, we embraced and let go of our fear, anxiety and overwhelm via the kidneys & adrenals. In August, we completed our summer series by embracing our sadness and loss held in our spleen and pancreas which affects our heart's joy.

When we separate from ONENESS to learn and discover our selves, an aspect of our self experiences it as a fall of grace... a fall out with God that we 'play out' over lifetimes until we come home to who we really are as unconditional love. We may express this spiritual wound during our childhood as we create an adaptive or false self, in hopes of being good enough to be loved by our authority figures. These beliefs and emotions impact our adult lives, limiting our potential and joy. IBC's documentary The Indigo Method™ Healing ADD, ADHD & Bi-Polar Disorder, offers insight into how core hurts occur and how we may heal and transform them to live authentic, abundant and peaceful lives.

For those of us who judge and analyze everything till we create a mini tsunami in our heads, ie, known as anxiety, this class can help. Transforming our confusion as how to be to 'be enough' or how to be safe by embracing our True Nature is the focus of this invaluable tele-class.

In our desire to be accepted and loved, we create an inner perfectionist that ultimately hates us for 'not being enough'.
