MILE HI CHILDRENS FESTIVAL Saturday,
June 28, 2006 Mile Hi Church Campus 9077 W Alameda Ave Lakewood CO 80226 BOOTH APPLICATIONThank you for your interest in participating in the Mile Hi Children’s Festival! We are pleased to offer a forum for a variety of businesses and groups to give information to families with young children. There is no admission fee, however, there is a small charge for food and photos. There will be face painting, varieties of games & activities, door prizes and live musical entertainment! Booth rental is $35.00, due with the application, and is non-refundable after June 20 th.

We encourage “thinking vertically” for an eye-catching display.
