Core
Wounds and Psychotic States
Core
wounds are created from traumatic events that affect our self esteem
and our ability to believe in our self and others. Core beliefs created
from these experiences echo "I am not enough" and "I
am incapable" along with the attitude that the world is unsafe
and unlovable. The core emotion is fear."I will not
survive" The mind, clouded by fear, anger, pain and hurt, creates
a collusion of emotional residue from traumatic events stored holographically,
before the beginning of time.
The
bi-polar mind has an emense spiritual nature, containing all dimensions
that reflect the light and dark aspects of CREATOR. Cycling
between feeling 'inferior' and 'superior', an individual suffering
from Bi-Polar Disorder will distract him or her self from feeling
these emotions or core beliefs that s/he is inadequate or unlovable.
Distracting
behavior can take the form of Attention Deficit Disorder, Hyperactivity,
addictive or compulsive behavior demonstrated by alcohol and drug
misuse, sexual prowlness, shopping sprees and ungrounded projects.
Fueled
by this desire to be good enough, the childlike (regressed) mind taps
into It's Universal Creative Power, imagining grandiose ways in which
to prove to them selves, their parents, the world and God, that they
are worthy of love. Eventually, the body gives out to fatigue, while
the mind experiences overwhelm and disappointment as the intense drive
to 'be more' exhausts our physical and emotional resources. The
inner adolescent child explodes with anger, frustration and resentment
when events do not go his/her way. Hopelessness sets in as the individual
actualizes him/her self as a 'failure', becoming ever more fearful
and helpless as to how to 'fix' her/him self and the world.
In
summary, why we polarize in the first place...
The
Archetypal Ego
The
ego's job as an archetypal entity
is to strategize how to protect itself from pain and death. To overcome
these deeply seeded emotions, we close off our heart center, passing
over the feeling center of the brain, affording the individual to
control his/her life from a rational or linear prospective. It is
here that we feel most comfortable, in our 'heads' rather than our
hearts, our feeling center.
When
we are manic, it's like being a machine, negating the need to eat
or sleep. Fortunately, our physical body gives out, resulting in an
eventual or sudden shift from mania and irritability to exhaustion
and depression.
The
Archetypal Child
The
archetypal child plays an extremely powerful role in assisting individuals
on their hero/ine's journey home to their essential self. Individuals
with bi-polar disorder and to a lessor degree, individuals experiencing
ADHD are plagued by emotions residing within their subconscious. The
pain resulting from the loss of self and the loss felt from being
separated from their GOD SOURCE either thrusts the individual on a
soul seeking adventure or clokes the individual with apathy and denial.
Often the archetypal child masks her/his pain with an extroverted
personality many admire only to hide out when her/his grief and shame
becomes more than s/he can bare.
A vast number of undignosable and untreatable (yet healable) auto
immune illnesses prevalent in the United States are caused by this
lifestyle in which productivity through 'doing' creates an
imbalance with our desire to care for our selves and 'be'.
You
now have the choice to heal your self, to come
home to your heathly, loving, whole self, with the assistance of an
experienced, supportive team.
